Samples provided (One sample of each item provided at no charge.  Additional samples require purchase by organization.)

Item Suggestions:  Hooded and/or crewneck sweatshirt, short sleeve t-shirt, long sleeve t-shirt, cap, sweatpants, sport shirt, shorts, bag, towels*, fan promotional items.*

*Minimum purchase required on some items.

• Program guidelines:

Organization will receive a delivery date based on the order deadline.  Orders must be received by Awards Plus by order deadline to guarantee delivery of product by delivery date. 

Delivery date is generally 3 weeks from order deadline.

No orders filled after Awards Plus order deadline. 

All sales are final.  Returns will be the responsibility of the purchasing organization.

All sales and customer contact will be handled by organization.

Screening minimums apply to each design screen.  Screen design may be placed on different items as long as there are no changes to design, colors or size. 

Orders placed after initial sale will be considered individual orders and pricing will be based on individual piece pricing.  Some items, such as screened items, can not be filled on an individual bases. 

Order Form will be e-mailed to customer.  Printing is at customer’s expense.
