Credit Card Security Online
You can shop online with confidence, knowing that the
financial and personal information you submit is secure. This
site uses secure commerce technology. All of the data that you
enter on your checkout page, including credit card information,
is encrypted while traveling the Internet and cannot be
intercepted for fraudulent use. For your record, when you
purchase a product and check out, print the screen so you have a
paper record of your purchase. You will need your order number
for follow up with our customer service department.
Setup: Etching, Engraving, Imprinting and Additional Fees
Prices include amount of engraving, imprinting or etching
that is appropriate for item ordered, in one location. Excessive
text, second sides or additional locations may result in
additional charges. One logo or signature is also included,
additional logos or signatures $4.00 each. Some items (etched
marble and crystal for example) may require a Setup Fee, which
is indicated with the item pricing. There is typically only one
Setup Fee for all items of a common type. For instance, if you
ordered five pieces of a crystal vase, only one Setup Fee would
apply for all five. This allows you to spread the cost of each
Setup Fee across the total number of awards of a common type.
Our Setup Fees include the cost of prepping each item for etching
or engraving.
Production and Shipping
Please include the date of your event or presentation with
your order.
Normal Production time is 5 to 7 working days. Some special order
items, such as Custom Medallions, may require additional time.
Approximate delivery time will be confirmed upon order. Please
be sure to inform us of your event date. Special rush services
are available on most items. Please confirm availability prior
to ordering.
Expedited Service is 10% additional (of entire order)
for shipment or pickup within 48 hours. ($10
minimum).
Express Service is 20% additional (of entire order)
for shipment or pickup within 24 hours. ($15 minimum)
Expedited and Priority Express Services are subject to
availability of inventory and production capacity. Special rush
services DO NOT include special shipping charges
necessary to meet customer deadline.
Shipping/Handling
All plaques are individually packaged. Trophies and other
items are wrapped and boxed.
Split and Drop Shipments – Add $5.00 per location. All domestic orders
will be sent from Marshall, Minnesota via UPS ground
transportation unless otherwise requested. If faster delivery is
necessary, please specify desired shipping and contact our
customer service department for stock availability and rush
processing availability.
Claims & Damages
Inspect your order when it arrives. It is the responsibility
of the customer to make claims with the carrier. We will assist
in every way possible. Remember to retain all packing materials
and cartons, shipping labels and packing slips if your order
arrives with shipping damage. Contact the carrier right away if
you discover damaged product.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales taxes will be added to each total order
(subtotal + shipping) shipped to a Minnesota location. We do not
collect sales taxes when orders are shipped to any location
outside of Minnesota.
Cancellations and Changes
All costs incurred up to cancellation will be billed. Orders
being changed after work has been started will be subject to
additional charges.
Returns
No products may be returned without prior approval from our
customer service department. Because of the highly personalized
nature of award products, only items received late or incorrect
are eligible for refund consideration. Most of our products are
not reusable after they have been engraved or etched, although
in some cases, an engraving plate can be replaced in order to
utilize the award for a different occasion or recipient. Please
contact us to discuss this on a case-by-case basis.
Returns and/or Exchanges are accepted within 30 business days
of order receipt. To return an item, please follow these steps:
1) Obtain a Return Authorization Number from Customer Service
at 1-888-532-4482 and make sure you place the Return
Authorization Number on the shipping label. Include a copy or
the original packing slip that accompanied your order along with
your return address.
