and for giving us the opportunity to serve you.
Please read over this information, before proceeding to place
an order.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER:
- Purchase orders must be complete including item #, color,
quantity, pricing, PO#, contact name, phone #, in-hands date
required and shipping method.
- All orders accepted are subject to our standard delivery
terms.
- We will not accept a change to the order unless done so by
fax, e-mail, or letter and confirmed by Awards Plus.
-Fiber Graphics: First payment of 50% is required with
purchase order, final 50% payment is due prior to shipping.
We accept Company Check upon approval.
-All other services: First payment of 50% is required
with purchase order, final 50% payment is due prior to
shipping. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and Company Check upon
approval. Credit Card Authorization form
PRICING:
- Awards Plus reserves the right to change
the price of products or services without any prior notice.
PRODUCTION:
- You will receive a pre-production sample. Your signature
approving the sample proof is required prior to production.
Any change to the logo must be made by fax, e-mail, or letter
and confirmed by Awards Plus. Fiber
Graphics/Embossed/Debossed/Screen Print decorations are
approximately 9-15 business days for orders of 1000 pieces or
less. Embroidery decorations are approximately 9-15 business
days for orders of 300 pieces or less. Contact Awards
Plus to discuss production times of larger
orders.
RUSH PRODUCTION:
- There is a 30% rush charge for any decoration job that
requires less than standard production.
RETURNS:
- ONLY UN-DECORATED merchandise may be returned for repair,
replacement, or credit (no refunds). Return Authorization is
required (include copy of invoice). Any defective decorated
products returned may be replaced with the same item(s).
Awards Plus must be notified of any defects
within 48 hours of receipt.
CANCELLATION:
- No cancellation will be accepted unless sent by fax or
letter and confirmed by Awards Plus.
Charges will be billed on material used and work completed
prior to notification. Cancellations are not accepted after
decoration process is started.
INSERTIONS:
- We will process insertions of materials. Pricing to be
determined upon receipt of job specifications.
CLAIMS:
- Shortage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
PRODUCT HOLD:
- Products can only be held with a valid purchase order and
must be shipped within a 30-day period.
SHIPPING:
- Postage, shipping, and handling charges will be added to the
invoice.
- All shipments will be insured unless clearly stated on your
order that insurance is not required.
- We can only guarantee the delivery date when the merchandise
will leave our warehouse; we will not be responsible for
carrier delays.
- All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise
requested. Orders that do not indicate shipping instructions,
will be shipped the most economical method to meet the in-hand
date as per your order.
- Any shipping method used other than UPS ground, requires an
account number to be supplied.
- We ship UPS ground
DROP SHIPPING:
- We will drop-ship most products for an additional charge of
$10.00 (per order) in addition to shipping and handling.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS:
- A $5.00 charge will apply to each destination on one order
beyond the first destination.
RECEIVING:
- We will receive drop shipments from your vendor.
ARTWORK:
- CD/DVD or email: should be in *.EPS, *.CDR, *.AI (PC
compatible). Email address:
info@awardsplus.net
- Also accepted: *.TIF, *.BMP, *.JPG (PC compatible).
- Artwork by fax or from a copy of business card or letterhead
is not recognized as camera ready artwork. If art needs to be
cleaned up, add $45.00 per hour. Contact Awards Plus for details.
TERMS OF SALE:
- All orders are subject to approval by Awards Plus and are not binding until accepted by
Awards Plus.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time.
- All orders are subject to availability of product.
-Awards Plus will not be responsible for
the inability to ship any order due to product shortage.
- Any orders which have been decorated cannot be returned
after the pre-production paper proof or sample has been
approved.
-Awards Plus will not be responsible for
color choice errors on final purchase orders.
LEATHER:
- Because leather garments and products are cow hide,
Awards Plus cannot be responsible for slight
lot or dye color changes, or imperfections in the material. We
do not guarantee the exact same color in every garment or
product.
GARMENT COLORS:
- Due to variations in dye lots,
Awards Plus cannot be
responsible for slight lot or dye color changes, or
imperfections in the material. We do not guarantee the exact
same color in every garment or product.
WASH INSTRUCTIONS:
- For best “washability” results decorated apparel must be
washed according to the instructions provided. Industrial
wash and Dry Cleaning IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
